- Und hat es sehr gefallen. Das Personal war immer höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass wir ein Zimmer mitten drin im Gebäude hatten somit dann kein richtiges Fenster. Es gab ein Fenster und man konnte es auch öffnen, aber nicht wirklich lüften weil es einfach ein Flur mit vielen Fenstern von anderen Zimmern war und oben wurde das Dach bedeckt und somit kam keine frische Luft mehr rein. Am Wochenende und zwischendurch war es nachts auch laut draußen was man dann mitbekommen hatte.Anonymous

"Ok but definitely could be better"
- My stay was fine, overall. However, there was one aspect that was thoroughly unpleasant, not to mention hardly believable. I arrived quite late from the airport. My flight on Turkish Airlines had not left until 9:30 pm. I didn't arrive in Istanbul until close to 11. Nevertheless, this is a standard route that Turkish Airlines runs; I can only assume hotels are generally familiar with that. When I arrived at reception, the man working there informed me that, apparently, my reservation had been cancelled because I had not arrived by 6 pm. Needless to say, I was never informed of such a policy, as far as I am aware. He then asked me whether my phone was on, since he claimed that he called me numerous times to confirm my reservation. My phone, obviously, works, and I have received international calls before. I had received no phone calls from the hotel and I had no missed calls. Technology can sometimes misfunction, of course, so I will leave his "claims" at that. He then assured me that he would find a way to help me, and....somehow ended up giving me precisely the type of room I had booked at exactly the same price as I had booked it. I'm not in the hotel business. Maybe everything he said was true. But even if it was all true, it reeked of poor communication and a lack of professionalism. This is 2022. If you really can't reach me by phone (not terribly believable) send an email. Communicating with people is literally the easiest thing to do. If you actually expect your international guests to all arrive by 6 pm local time, perhaps you should consider making that an obvious part of the reservation process. Having stayed in hotels in numerous countries, I have never had such an experience before. After that surreal episode, my stay was uneventful and fine, so in the end I will recommend the hotel. After all, that guy may not be working when you arrive. Anonymous
