"Delightful Stay"
- I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were very accommodating and the restaurant was an added bonus. My AC died my last night but that was no one's fault. the only other suggestion is english labels for the breakfast buffet

"LOUDEST hotel ever! Impossible to sleep! "
- I was on a business trip and could not sleep for a whole week! SUPER LOUD hotel, live music on the rooftop every night, absolute horror!!! We were several guests from the same professional group and asked several times for the music to stop but they absolutely didn't care and continued every night! They offered to change the room but the walls were shaking even on the first floor so it wouldn't have change a thing. Never seen such disrespect for guests! Party hotel for young people but absolutely unsuitable for business travelers, elder people, couples, etc.

"Best place to stay in Beyoglu"
- Troya Taksim Hotel has become my home place in Istanbul. I could not choose any other hotel. Perfect location, accurate service, very reasonable price compared to the quality you buy. Great breakfast with stunning view. But the real difference is made by people. All the staff members are just fantastic: friendly, caring, helpful, always smiling. Whenever I step imto Troya Taksim Hotel I feel home and family

- Hotel near the shopping area and close to public transport.
