"Eleştiri, şikayet"
- Merhaba, daha öncede G.Şahin olarak oteliniz de kaldık. Memnun olduğumuz için yeniden kalmak istedik. Üstelik otelinizde sauna olduğu da yazıyordu. İst.a fizik tedavi görmeye gelmiş, üzerine saunaya girmem gerekiyordu. Fakat otelde saunanın kullanınmadığını öğrendik. Her personel kendine göre bir şey uydurdu. Corona, tadilat vs gb. Peki bunu otel web sayfanız da belirtmeniz gerekmiyormuydu? Tüm havuzlar, saunalar vs açıldı. Sauna tadilatta ise tadilatta yazılabilirdi. Bunu oteliniz de yer ayırtıp kaldıktan sonra mı öğrenmeliydik? Gülseren Şahin

"Great Hotel in a great place"
- Location in the center of city. All necessary amenities are available in the hotel. Highly customer-oriented personnel. Special thanks to Murat HUZMELI for solving organizational issues, tips and recommendations during my stay in Troya hotel.

"Voll zu Empfehlen "
- Tolles Hotel mit super Lage!
Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren bereits das 5te mal in diesem Hotel und werden auch wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
