"Outstanding service!"
- The best place to stay in Istanbul! Staff is really taking care about every single detail, helpful and always smiley. Rooms are cleaning everyday, apartments are nice and well organised..Hotel is located just 5-10 minutes from old city attractions, next to hotel are some shops and pharmacy..I'll back there for sure..Big thank you for staff. teşekkür ederim ;)Isabel

- El personal és molt agradable i amable,t'ajuden en tot el que necessitis.L'habitació era còmode, però en algunes ocasions no hi havia aigua calenta a la dutxa, també hi vaig trobar a faltar una manta per abrigar-te de nits quan fa fred.
La situació també està bé, a uns 10 minuts a peu de Ayasofia i Topkani. Parades de metro també a uns 10 minuts.
Els esmorzars deliciosos, molta quantitat i variats (tipus self serservice).
Hi ha molts restaurants i botigues de tot tipus a prop de l'hotel.

"Good and Bad"
- The rooms could have been better. Broken bed, TV too small and not working well. Shower needs to be fixed. Breakfast, very poor, very cheap.
Service, reception: very good, friendly.
Too expensive for the offer.

"Absolutely wonderful"
- This is by far one of the best places we've stayed in. Mr Yusuf,GM, made our experience even better. In fact we traveled to another country then came back to Serdivan just because it is our #1 choice. Thank you for your hospitality, absolutely wonderful people, always smiling, great attitude and answered every need we had. keep up the good work and we definitely will see you again.
