"A nice stay."
- Great relation price-quality. Very confortable apartment, close to main sightseeings.

"Overall OK but..."
- We had a pleasant stay at Serdivan Hotel. Staff was very helpful and extremely kind.
On the other hand, the hotel could invest in better quality beds and sofas (which were a complete disaster: one of our sofa beds broke during the night while sleeping on it!) and better bathroom equipment (workmanship of the bathrooms is very sloppy, it's like they've been built in a hurry).
The lighting of the rooms also need to be renewed...
Overall, rooms were clean (although I've spotted some stains and hair on some of our bedsheets...)
Breakfast service was OK for the price, although I'd recommend eating in town.
I would definitely come back if the hotel improved the above mentioned points !

"Cok guzel!"
- Отель расположен не очень далеко от остановки трамвая.Правда,нужно подниматься в горку. Рядом есть кафе и магазины, парк,такси.Отель произвел очень хорошее впечатление.Хозяин отеля сразу же откликнулся на письмо и предложил варианты размещения со скидкой и бесплатный трансфер в отель. Забронировала двухместный номер для себя и взрослого сына, но оказалось, что нас поселили в прекрасный номер из 2 комнат (одна огромная кровать+две односпальные кровати), кухни, ванной и туалета.Номер большой, чистый, с кондиционером, телевизором, плитой, холодильником, чайником, вайфаем, посудой,тапочками, феном, полотенцами, туалетными принадлежностями. Но вода в душе стекала медленно. Персонал очень вежливый и услужливый. Говорят по-английски. Проблем никаких не было. Завтрак просто отличный: салаты, колбаса, сыр, маслины, оливки, фрукты, молоко,кефир, чай, кофе, соки, яйца, хлопья, выпечка.Очень вкусно!Огромное спасибо Карине и ее помощнице (привет вам из Одессы, Украины). Хозяину отеля Юсуфу огромное спасибо за теплый прием! Хотим вернуться еще раз!Tesekkur ederim!!!
