- Very professional service at the reception desk specially Unal was extremely kind with us and gave us a lot of very helpful information. Also Hokan Was very kind and always ready to bring us care and attention with our request. Breakfast at te restaurant extremely delicious. I highly recommend Ambassador Hotel in Istanbul.Alejandro
