The structure is surrounded by the peacefulness of nature, but also exploits its very favorable position and easy connections with Nebrodi Park, Alcantara Park, Etna Park, the historical town of Randazzo and Malabotta Woodland. L' Azienda di Turismo rurale Feudo Vagliasindi sorge in Contrada Feudo S. Anastasia, alle porte del centro abitato di Randazzo, il paese più vicino al cratere centrale dell' Etna. Incastonata tra i due parchi naturali dell'Etna e dei Nebrodi (il più grande della Sicilia) e confinante con la riserva naturale del fiume Alcantara, l'antica dimora nobiliare fu edificata agli inizi del novecento su una preesistente costruzione, risalente al diciannovesimo secolo, che, con il suo monumentale palmento, costituiva il cuore di una florida attività agricola. Originariamente, infatti, l'azienda, la cui estensione era di sessanta ettari, si occupava della coltivazione dei gelsi per la produzione del baco da seta, dedicandosi solo in un periodo successivo ai vitigni, vista la particolare vocazione delle sue terre. La struttura dista poche centinaia di metri da un importante sito archeologico, nel quale sono stati rinvenuti opere murarie e oggetti risalenti alle civiltà bizantina, greca e romana e a ad appena quattro km dal centro di Randazzo, antico borgo medievale fortificato, caratterizzato da una vasta rete di suggestivi vicoli, svariate chiese di interesse storico, edifici nobiliari di grande pregio architettonico ed in particolare dal Museo Archeologico Paolo Vagliasindi del Castello, in cui viene custodita un'importante collezione di reperti greci, romani e bizantini, costituitaprevalentemente da vasellame, monete ed oggetti in oro cesellato.
