The agriturismo consists of 14 holiday apartments charmingly furnished in the old style of Tuscany. Each apartment is provided with sat-tv. It is possible to enjoy the swimming pool of 16 x 9 meters surrounded by the green olive trees and close to the wood. Who love to relax can enjoy all the year round the characteristic Roman Bath (cave containing water with a temperature of 35/38 degrees centigrade). Montelifrè is a medieval village still owned by the ancient and noble family Martinozzi.The hamlet is one of the oldest military buildings in Val di Chiana, in Tuscany, one ofthe most beautiful italian regions. Montelifrè is 40 km far from Siena and Arezzo. Walking in the streets of the village means to have a deep look in the life of the past. Along "Via della Cappella", wich leads to the Montelifré church, there is the little green door to the Villa, the mansion with four double bedrooms:from each one you can have a complete look on the beautifull valley, and all the sunsets you are goingto live with us. You can spend pleasant hours walking in the country side near Montelifrè or even practice trekking.

The building itself is one of the tallest in Siena, indeed from our fifth floor windows overlooking the rooftops, the Mangia Tower, the Duomo and San Domenico basilica can be admired. I Terzi di Siena Our apartments are located in the heart of Siena and at few steps from Piazza del Campo and the main monuments of the city. From the windows, overlooking the rooftops of Siena, you can admire the Torre del Mangia, the Duomo, the Basilica of San Domenico. We are at the exact center of the division into three parts of the city, in Via dei Termini, whose name derives from the medieval division administrative, civil and military, of the city in “terzieri”: The Terzo of Camollia, the Terzo St. Martino, the Terzo of Città, each roughly centered on a separate arm of the inverted "Y" formed by the three hills of Siena. The apartments were completely renovated in 2008. We treated in detail all the rooms and other environments. It will be a pleasure to try to fulfill every need of our guests and make them feel at home, to try to make pleasant and peaceful stays in our beautiful city, whether for tourism, work or study.

La "Torre dei Serviti" è una Splendida Piccola Torre Medievale in Toscana, a Siena, nel Borgo di Casole d' Elsa. Il complesso architettonico sorge all' estremità settentrionale dell' abitato, dove anticamente si apriva la Porta detta "ai Frati". abbiamo il piacere di mettere a disposizione dei nostri clienti un ampio Giardino nel quale si trova un angolo Relax con Jacuzzi Pool, una Vasca Idromassaggio di media grandezza con acqua calda. L' orario per l' Utilizzo della Vasca Idromassaggio è a partire dalle 9:00 ore fino alle 18:00. Tutte le Camere della Torre dei Serviti sono forniti di Telefono, TV Satellitare, Cassaforte. Tutti i bagni sono forniti di Doccia con Idromassaggio e sono inoltre forniti di Asciugacapelli, Set Cortesia, Prese Americane. Tutti gli Alloggi sono dotati di Entrata Individuale e Separata, per cui i Clienti verranno dotati delle chiavi per il periodo del Soggiorno. Inoltre la Torre dei Serviti è dotata di Ascensori per raggiungere i piani alti. La Torre dei Serviti è dotata di impianto di Aria Condizionata e Riscaldamento. La Reception è aperta dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 12.00 e dalle ore 16.00 alle ore 19:00. L' orario di Arrivo previsto per i Clienti è dalle ore 16.00, la Partenza entro le ore 11.00. The hotel is built on three floors. Given the favourable lie of the land, every room has splendid panoramic view or well kept and tranquil garden. The rooms are on ground level and on the first floor. On the ground floor are also the wellness centre, fitness room, restaurant , bar, reading room, and the reception. On the lower floor, reached via the wellness centre and by lift from the rooms, are located the covered and heated swimming pool, heated whirlpool, and outside swimming pool with waterfalls , baby splash pool, sun terrace and children’s playground. The building was constructed in 2005. The furnishings are therefore modern, with paintings and sculptures by contemporary artists, with a few ethnic touches. The hotel is accessed from the main Casole-Volterra road. There is a large fenced, free, car park for guests . There is also a large locked room for bicycle storage
