This is an URBAN building, this inland location is about 15 minutes drive to the beach, but guests can access key points of the city via public transportation or a rental car.

Our offerings include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining area, two sofas, TV with streaming channels and Free WiFi. Our place is all about privacy, enjoy the whole space for only you or your group. All of our Standard rooms include air conditioning, towels, bedsheets, pillows, and a complimentary bag with a hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner.

This is an URBAN apartment, this inland location is about 12-15 minutes drive to the beach, but guests can access key points of the city and the beach via public transportation or a rental car. This apartment has A/C (in-bedroom air conditioning) in the two bedrooms, but there is no A/C in the kitchen, living and dinning rooms. It is very good for one person, a couple or families up to six persons. Please note that there is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The Apartment is located in Hato Rey, the financial district of San Juan. It is close to Plaza Las Americas Shopping Mall (the biggest mall in the caribbean ), with many shops, small restaurants, cafes and bars. The Metro (subway) is near by, so it is easy to get to ex. Old San Juan (Viejo San Juan) or beach. So if you want to stay local, this is the place.
