The founders of the hotel, the German couple Gabi and Rainer Kaufmann, are again running the hotel and restaurant together with their well trained Georgian staff beginning in March 2009. The tradidtional German service and Georgian hospitality - a combination that has been successful over a decade; and the prices are reasonable. The 12 rooms are simply furnished but clean and well maintained. They are equipped with shower / WC, TV with satellite connection, wireless Internet access and minibar. The restaurant - known under the name "Rainers Pizzeria & beergarden" - has been one of the most popular meeting places for foreigners and Georgians in Tbilisi for a decade.
