- We truly enjoyed our stay at Cappa Via. Our only complaint was the HVAC issues - our room was extremely hot most of the time. When asked how to cool it down, we were told all rooms were on a central systemm and had to be controlled from the office? This is something that should be worked through considering the optimum temperature in a room is depedent on each traveler - not as an entire hotel.
