"Excellent experience"
- I found this boutique hotel very charming. Good location, proximity to all the attractions. Nice cozy rooms. What I liked the most was the views from the breakfast area.
Hotel employees were very helpful.

"Wonderful Stay"
- We stayed in the 3 story Jacuzzi Suite and had a great stay. It was nice that you kept the pool open late and all of the outside lounge areas were open. The jacuzzi tub did take three hours to fill which would have been nice to know ahead of time and we would have filled it during dinner. Did not have a chance to enjoy it since it took so long to fill. However, so many wondeful things about the hotel, area, lighting and ambiance. Dinner was fabulous, priced great and staff was amazing. Front desk attitude was marginal.

"great guide"
- did a 2 days tour in Ephesus and Pammukkale, Tuna was extremely nice and even though it was raining hard but he was still very passionate in telling us about the history of the ruins which we greatly appreciate.

"Feedback"
- We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. We had booked our hot air balloon ride through your hotel. We were informed the charges of Euro 150 per person for a 12-15 person balloon. At the start of the ride, the balloon company demanded Euro 160, which I refused to pay and then later they came to the hotel and asked me to pay Euro 150 per person, which I again refused, as we were put in a balloon of 20 persons. Finally we agreed to pay the Euro 130 charge per person for the 20 person balloon.

Better communication and proper charges must be informed to us in advance.
