- We loved our room. The service was above and beyond. Breakfast and tea were perfect, and the Spa and Hamman experience was wonderful. The guest tours and the opportunity to cook with the chef were just fabulous. Interesting to hear that you set these up in response to customer queries. Not surprised. Just one more example of the staff and owner's responsiveness to their clientele.I sent a separate letter to the owner to commend the staff. It was a very long list.Ranganath

"Pleasant Stay at Sirkeci Mansion Hotel"
- Cosy hotel, very well maintained with prompt room service. Quaint charm to the hotel due to the Gulhane park, Gulhane tram station & fancy shops all along the street. Front office response & service needs to be complimented. They are great ambassadors of your hotel. Enjoyed the morning breakfast with apple tea. Thank you for helping us have pleasant memories of your hotel & our trip. If ever we visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay at your hotel itself. Meanwhile will recommend to all my friends to stay with you when they are in Istanbul. Keep up the Good work. Hats off. We have reviewed your hotel on trip advisor.
