"Paradise on earth"
- I loved every second I could spend in that beautyful resort!!!! It was a dream, to meet all this wonderful, warm-hearted people there ;)
The massages were so relaxing and professionnell, I can still feel it..
I will never forget...
Sure, I will come back some day!

"Truly A Wonderful Stay"
- I have truly enjoyed to stay at this wonderful place.

There seems to be a great harmony in place, for
everything which is created, produced and delivered.

The team makes the absolute difference, besides the
infrastructure and the setting.

I wish to thank you especially Edy and Dewi. They are
truly ambassadors for this beautiful place.

"feedback"
- The place was excellent for relaxation, and particularly I enjoyed the morning yoga and possibility to book individual yoga classes. I also loved the music in rooms, would have liked to buy cd or at least know by whom it was.
As for suggestions for improvement, the place and interior design was otherwise so perfect, that plastic hangovers felt out of place. Also the drinks were delicious, but room could be need some improvement.

"Very relaxing and special place"
- This is a great place to stay and is well away from the mad tourist areas of Bali. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The Spa service and prices are excellent. The options such as the Yoga sessions are very well run and organised. The villa unit we stayed in was quaint and beautiful and right on the shore line. One area for improvement could be in the variety on the menu to reflect more of the spicy nature of Balinese food. You also require patience to get to Bondalem as the road trip takes a while - but it is well worth it. We spent three nights and that is our recommended minimum.

"fantastic stay"
- setting, atmosphere, staff, food = all perfect
2 points to consider: we chose shangrila specifically to take part in the daily yoga and meditation sessions, which weren't available when we arrived. it would be useful to state on the website if such changes are taking place!
also, when guests check out before 8am in the morning, it would be nice if staff could take the initiative to somehow organise breakfast for them nonetheless.
