"Great accommondation great host"
- Thank you very much for this amazing and enjoyable time in your accommondation. We felt very comfortable. Charming, bright, clean rooms including kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly, helpful host although we arrived very late. No negative points for me. We want to come again. Anonimo

"Goed, maar......."
- Algemeen goed maar: toen ik op de afgesproken tijd kwam was er niemand, men was het vergeten! Moest 20 min wachten. Toen bleek de kamer nog niet klaar; weer 20 min wachten. Toen die mensen vertrokken waren was het toilet niet schoongemaakt en lagen er nog haren in de wastafel. Het bedlampje was kapot; Gemeld maar geen actie. Bij toeval Maurizio ontmoet en gevraagd om schone handdoek (ik was er 8 nachten!) maar zonder mijn verzoek was er geen verschoning gegeven. Toch: algemeen een net en schoon appartement dat ook onder de naam Sergio's wordt aangeboden (let op: er zijn er meer onder die naam). Omgeving: smoezelige woonwijk met drukke maar ongezellige winkelstraat om de hoek. Station (trein/metro) 6 min lopen.Risposta a questa opinione :

We are very sorry for your feedback that attack our property on several fronts, you went to complain everywhere even on "Trip Advisor".
There are constructive complaints and others are a vent. In each room there is a sign that says to call or send a message to the HOST for any problem, I'm surprised that you did not say anything in 8 days, even when I met you did not tell me if there was any problem need. The arrival of each guest is announced, no one told you that there was someone waiting or anticipating the arrival respect of the rule between 14.30 and 19.30.
Even the broken bajor or other you told us later, unfortunately anticipating arrival has led to lower controls. Of this we are very sorry because our prerogative is just the familiarity with which we treat the guests - who recognize the structure as more welcoming than a hotel. We have excellent feedback in this regard. However, for any problem you could immediately report the thing to us also with an immediatly email, we have had contact after 4 days and I asked you if everything was okay without a proper answer, if you want something can you tell me, i somehow fixed The bajure, providing towels, on that occasion you can honestly tell me everything and do not wait to give vent the discontent. In any case we apologize again for these problems and we will try to improve. I only think that the vote Reseliva is too low and insufficient although you said that on the whole is good. Best regards

- Lovely place.. can cook your own meal.. affordable room price.. very good service.. hospitable staff.. owner very approachable and easy to talked with.. highly recommended.. we will surely book again on our next visit to Rome.. thank you very much for providing us a wonderful place to stay..Anonimo

- Bella camera climatizzata comoda e spaziosa, bella accoglienza vicino stazione Tiburtina facile per aeroporto e metro
