"great little hotel in the heart of the city!"
- We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. great hotel and very roomy apartment with 3 bedrooms! close to all attractions and restaurants. i recommend for everyone to stay here for a good stay. Also comes with free breakfast and very good room rates!

"Great hospitality"
- Comfortable and enjoyable stay made possible by Kenan and Aykut.. both were very helpful and hospitable. Excellent family suite, clean and modern. Breakfast views are lovely. Hotel is in a great location, with great restaurants and shops nearby. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace within 5 minute walking distance. Coast is also a few minute walk away. A very pleasant stay. Thank you to everyone at Sergalio, see you soon!

- Great hotel and excellent service. One of my favourite places. Everything is good - cleaning, food, service, personnel. 2 times stood there and everything was very good.

"A pleasant surprise"
- We are pleasantly surprised with the Junior Suite. It's quite spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and water heater pressure is good. Staff is so welcoming. They even provide free tea snacks everyday, the choc pudding is so good. Location is slightly far from nearest tram station, 10 mins bywalking. The only improvement i hope to see is the variety of breakfast and the flooring in the room. We could hear footsteps from the level above. Other than that, this place is a gem!

"Totally recommend this hotel"
- My husband and I stayed there for six nights, and all we can say are good things about the room was comfy and clean, the staff was welcoming and warm, the food was really good.. everything was great, it is close to all the historic sites so it was perfect for us as first timers in Istanbul. Totally recommend this hotel if looking for options in Sultanahmet!
