- Accueil très chaleureu, gentillesse et propreté du Riad, une note particulière sur le petit déjeuner, exceptionnel, toutes les matins quelques choses de différents, les jeunes qui Sont toujours à disposition ils nous ont conseillé de super restaurants. Dommage de ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.

- Fuimos un grupo de amigos, y la antención, tanto antes de la llegada, como en la estancia, fue encantador. Karim y sus compañeros fueron encantadores, dándonos facilidades en todo momento. Gracias.christelle

- je recommande vivement ce riad qui est magnifique, très bien situé, à peine à 5 minutes à pied de la place jamel el fna, avec un cadre superbe et une équipe d'une gentillesse et d'une discrétion!!

"Just the ticket"
- This is a lovely 6 room Riad very conveniently located. The main square is only a 10 min walk, and most favorably it's very close to traffic roads, meaning taxis are easy to come by and the Riad isn't hard to find. Even with that, we didn't hear any street noise unless we were relaxing on the roof terrace.The decor is well presented in a typical Moroccan style, with a roof top terrace and a plung pool in the centre of the ground floor. Our room was delightful, and our only two niggles were that the bed was a little harder than we're used to, and our room is underneath the sun loungers which were cleaned at 8am on a couple of days.
The staff are just super helpful and friendly. They couldn't have been more apologetic about the noise, which really wasn't that bad, and quite simply bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special shout out to Abdul who was not only the best at local advice but also our guide on a trip to the mountains. I would highly recommend taking up their offers of trips as i found it very reasonably priced and saved all the hassle of choosing one of the hundred that try to sell you excursions in the city.
Karim was extremely attentive on e-mail right from the moment we booked. Again, i'd advise taking up their offer of an airport pick up as it's not much more than a small taxi and will save ALL the agro on arrival. We also took up their offer of a meal on arrival as it was a little too late to get to a restaurant, and it was delicious.
If returning to Marrakech i would definitely try booking here again. I'm sure there are other lovely places, but why fix something that isn't broken!
