"reservation 2373508/2373495"
- Due to the Cornavirus pandemic and travel overseas suspended I had to cancel my reservation for my two rooms and have talked to one of your staff members directly who advisee me that you would refund my money, whom I have asked for email conformation, however I am disappointed I have not received my refund or email conformation.
I did get email asking me about my stay which never happened.
Please consider my request for my refund so that I may consider your hotel for future travel.

- We had the best time and the staff was SO helpful! We loved our stay and everyone at the hotel! What an unforgettable adventure. THANK YOU!!
Our only complaint was that the room was a bit cold and clammy. Our bedding got quite damp from the cave-- it would have been nice if it was changed at night so it didn't get increasingly wetter all day...
