"The hotel was closed! Actually does not working!!!"
- We arrived late in the evening, we had problem to find the entrance of the hotel, there was no sign. Finally a guy from a neighborhood hotel took us there to find out there was not a valid reservation, because the receptionist stole the money, the laptop and they had no system neither telephone and they had no idea, as they said!! They told us to go and find another place to stay!!! -and it was midnight!!! Then they said you can stay for the night. They gave us a room which was dirty, with not enough light, the airconditioning was not working , the mini bar not working also! They said those are the rules due to corona virus !!! And most important: There was NO water at all at the bathroom!!!! The owners and some friends(?)of them didn’t pay attention, they were sitting in the garden, eating, drinking, laughing. A girl (employee?) was very rude and told us a lot of lies. We let our luggage and left to find a place to stay.. Fortunately we found a very good hotel (Ecclesia) and we stayed there for 2 nights..

"Une perle"
- Situation iddylique en bord de mer on trouvera cependant à l'arrière de l'hôtel une piscine préservant dans son écrin de verdure l'intimité des résidents, Chambre spacieuse, au calme et bien achalandée.Personnel serviable et attentionné.Petit déjeûner copieux et très bon tout comme le restaurant face à la mer.

"The Perfect Experience"
- Oyster Residences has it all: a perfect location, stunning setting and architecture, intimate feel, and caring, dedicated staff. I cannot heap enough praise on this hotel.

"Wonderful stay"
- We have just spent five nights with you as part of our honeymoon and could not have enjoyed it more. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, rooms and communal areas all spotlessly clean, the food is great, the cocktails are the best I have ever had - anywhere! Most of all though, the staff are amazing, Hamdi and Mohammed especially could not have made us feel more welcome. Even though we were only there for a short time, we felt so at home and would love to come back one day. Thanks again.
