- Tolga, at the front desk, made our stay most enjoyable. Hotel is in a great location. We were at the front but the trolley noise did not disturb us. Bar could use more drink options.

"Some changes in operation!"
- I had a great stay this time and last year in July as well. I found that there is some changes in room facilities, it had a water heater kettle and free small water bottle and the swimming pool was running.

This time these things were not available, it may not cost a lot, but it means big to customers who used for good services.

"Pleasant stay as usual"

As usual we enjoyed our stay at Orient express however this time we missed our friends (the old staff group) we were expecting to see them. The new group is very helpful. see you next time.
