"Un très beau séjour"
- L'hôtel Ocean Paradise est un très bel établissement. Les équipements sont top, les chambres spacieuses et accueillantes, le personnel très gentil, les repas étaient copieux et très bons.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel!
Il y a cependant 3 points négatifs :
- il n'y a pas d'espace fumeur, nous qui sommes non fumeurs étions souvent gênés par la fumée des autres, c'est dommage, surtout avec plus de 30 degrés c'est très désagréable...
- à la piscine nous aurions aimé un fond de musique pour mettre une petite ambiance sympathique, il y en avait seulement à 12h00 pour le cours d'aquagym et c'était très sympa!
- le fonctionnement du all inclusive n'est pas avantageux car à chaque consommation il faut signer une note (des fois nous attendions trop longtemps cette note...), plutôt que de fonctionner avec un système de carte ou de bracelet pour identifier ceux en formule inclusive, c'est assez dommage...
Autrement nous avons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour qui était du 12 au 19 mars, un temps très agréable malgré ce que la météo annonçait, avec beaucoup d'éclaircis!

"Wonderful resort"
- We had an absolutely wonderful time. The food was excellent, staff were always friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and the resort is beautiful. It was a very special vacation, Thank you

- Ocean Paradise was quite relaxing and beautiful. I enjoyed sitting near the ocean with my wife for a few days and reading a good book and taking plenty of naps. The breakfast and dinner (included with the half-board) were both delicious buffets of a variety of food. I talked to guest relations about my wife's dietary restrictions and then followed up with the chef the first night and she made my wife an individual plate of chicken and vegetables since she couldn't eat the themed meal that evening. The service and food at lunch was less than stellar. We had 3 lunches and it took over an hour 2 of the times and 2 of the meals were not done correctly. We only speak English and had some slight difficulty communicating exactly what we wanted on each plate with the waitresses but it was manageable. I wish there was more seating near the pool but there is plenty of seating along the beach. There isn't much of a breeze in the pool chairs but there is a great breeze in the beach chairs. I do wish there was a very clear place online or Facebook or even when you arrive that described the prices and what is included for food as it relates to half-board, full-board and all-inclusive. I really have no idea how much each cost. There was a brief description in the room of all-inclusive but a menu showing exactly what is included and the different prices for each would be great on a handout. The turn down service was supposed to happen some time after 6 (I think). The first night they came at 9:15 when we were already in our pajamas and lying in bed and the second night they had not come by 9:45 so we put out the "Do not disturb" and went to bed.. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing. I definitely recommend staying here. I think it is good value for the money. The view of the reef is also awesome.

"More Umbrellas Around the pool & insufficient sun-loungers "
- We stayed 3 nights 13-15 April. You need a policy to release poolside lounges after 1 hour of no use (many people claimed sun loungers for the day and then left them while they did other things. Secondly more shaded areas (umbrellas) are required around the pool and beach area. with)
