- This is a simple but very pleasing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good. They arranged an excellent driver for us, Jehad, who also went out of his way to help us.

"Très bon choix"
- Hôtel très agréable, propre, bien tenu. Grande chambre calme (sur petite rue donnant sur le parking)avec balcon. Accueil par la famille propriétaire et service souriant, agréable et discret. Nous sommes arrivés 1 jour plus tôt que la réservation et comme l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont trouvé une formule de remplacement à un prix très correct compte tenu de la prestation. Merci. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la ville et les environs. Petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon. Rien à redire. J'ai même pu imprimer mes boarding pass le jour du départ grâce à l'ordinateur mis à disposition gracieusement.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter au Mosaic hotel lors de mon prochain séjour en Jordanie.

"A Great Place to Stay"
- I used the Mosaic City Hotel to stay at because I was flying easyJet from Amman to London Gatwick and return. I live and work in Tabuk in north west Saudi Arabia and if I am to use this airline I need a base near to Queen Alia Airport. The MCH is an excellent hotel which is comfortable and well appointed. There is good in-room wifi - a definite bonus. The included breakfast is delicious and set me up well for a drive back to Saudi via Ma'in, the Dead Sea Panoramic Complex and the Museum at the Lowest Point on Earth, 25kms south of the Dead Sea.

"Excellent hotel and lovely staff!"
- Had an excellent stay. Very clean and lovely staff. My only little worry is that house keeping staff kept opening the door on us without knocking first. Thanks for a great stay though. :)
