"Disappointed"

The staff at registration desk outright lied. They told me that the other restaurants next door would only allow their own guests to use the restaurants in other hotels ( “covid you understand”). I could only eat dinner at Lukka. Such nonsense. Not true at all. At least 5 restaurants within 100 meters happy to have your business. Just an attempt to keep you at the hotel restaurant.
Staff at registration desk was not knowledgeable. For example, I had to get a covid test. All they said was “go to the hospital”. I went a day earlier to find out the details for myself and I’m glad I did, even though I wasted a morning. I found out times, prices, documents needed and procedures. The hotel staff should have known these details or found it out for me. Thank goodness one of the patients at the hospital spoke English
This hotel is not for international travelers. Very limited English desk staff. I don’t expect everyone to speak English because I do. Just be aware that it’s a frustration and the hotel is really for Turks.
Of the 6 days I was there room was not cleaned 3. Worse, when I called, the desk staff tried to tell me it was too late for cleaning. Not true. With some pushing it got done.
Room was not luxurious. Just fluff. Hung some cheap curtains in lavender and called it premium. The TV was on the wall but no sitting arrangement. If you want to watch TV you must sit on the floor or stand. Bed uncomfortable.
A lot of food at breakfast but very monotonous. Same exact thing every day.
The music was terrible. The big advantage of the hotel was its beautiful, peaceful setting. But 20 somethings controlled the music at the pool and they like energy, not relaxation. So Techno music was blared day and night. Wanted to take a nap and couldn’t because of the boom boom boom of the bass. Ruined the experience for me.

- Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve son derece ilgiliydi. Denizin biraz dalgalı olması dışında bir sorun yaşamadık.
