How to get to Aegina island
Piraeus is the closest port to Aegina island and the airport of Athens is the closest airport to Piraeus. The trip from the airport will take between 60 and 90 minutes, from Piraeus to Aegina by Flying Dolphin takes 40 minutes, the regular ferry takes around 75 minutes. So within 3 hours after collecting your bags at the airport, you could be on Aegina. Please note that the hotel offers free transfer from the port or town centre of Agia Marina to the hotel from 07:00 until 23:00. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Kindly be informed that we are allowed to provide free shuttle service for our guests,
only within the vicinity of the Kavos Bay forest district, the whole of Agia Marina and Temple of Aphaia. We are not allowed to offer this service to or from any other parts of the island as we would be interfering with the rights of the taxi drivers and the local bus service.

Alternative Routes:
There are regular ferry & flying dolphin(hydrofoil) connections from (gate E8) at the port of Piraeus to the main port of Aegina. The town of Agia Marina (Kavos Bay) is located 25 car minutes away from the port of Aegina. Upon your arrival in Aegina it’s best to take the local bus to Agia Marina, because it’s cheap and nice. When you reach Aghia Marina please call us and we will come to pick you up. It’s also convenient to take a taxi, and the cost is around 16.00 Euros for up to 4 persons sharing the taxi.
