the staff were intellectual friendly and helped us very much
hotel is very near to gulhane tram station and gulhane park also
breakfast was delicious and various

We were impressed with all the details found in the room
they do not missed anything
We were surprised to find some small details such as needle, thread and shoe wipe
Everything was perfect
We felt we were at home
We spent pleasant evenings on the rooftop, swimming pool and sports club
The staff treated was the best
It helped us feel comfortable

- We had an unbelievable stay at your hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, great service. The breakfast was out standing. The afternoon snacks were a very nice welcomed picke me up. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The location of your hotel to Istanbul sights is perfect - easy walking distance.
