"A good and characteristic structure in the heart of Sulthanamet"
- Our opinion on the stay is essentially positive although marked by some small organizational problem which we consider physiological and therefore absolutely acceptable. Staff courteous as always even if I have to remember to have felt the lack of Your mr.Ilhan that during our last stay at your property constituted an added value with his special courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism. I hope to be able to find him again with you. I suggest to pay more attention to the extraordinary maintenance of the rooms. The ordinary daily (cleaning etc.) good. Excellent and varied as always the breakfast offered. I expect to return to Istanbul several times in the coming months for business reasons and I will certainly consider, among others already known, also and again this structure for my stays.
