At the airport terminal ask for the sales module of ADO (ADO is the name of the company) and buy a ticket (62 pesos per person) for the downtown station in Cancun, the bus leaves every half hour . Once in downtown station, take a taxi to the Hotel, this is a 3 minutes ride and the taxi will cost about 40 pesos. You can also choose to walk. (see directions to walk from the Bus station.)
