"Schönes Hotel, toller Blick"
- Der Auffenthalt im Hotel Sole war super,und mit einem klasse Blick auf den See
Jedoch haben wir eine Flasche Wasser auf unserem Zimmer vermisst! Das wäre für Notfälle z.B. nachts, das Mindeste was man benötigt.

"Trip"
- When I booked the hotel, the confirmation that I was sent stated that I would pay upon departure. Just under a week before I left for the hotel the full amount was booked from my credit card, so I was charged before I had even set left the UK. The hotel website also states there is free parking but it doesn't tell you that a €20 deposit is required at the hotel for,the parking card, nor does it tell you that the hotel is in a pedestrian area and that one has to ask for the barrier to be moved so the car can be driven in to offload baggage. I had to ring and ask how to get to the hotel, luckily I speak fluent German as they don't speak English....

- Ich komme seit ca 20 Jahren in dieses Hotel und bin immer wieder angenehm Überrascht wie sich das Hotel Sole weiter entwickelt. Zum Servicepersonal kann ich nur soviel sagen das der Kellner der anscheinend das Sagen hat sehr distanziert und nicht besonders freundlich scheint,er ist sehr kühl in seiner Art und Haltung,und das nicht erst dieses Jahr.Auch wenn auf Gäste gewartet wird ist eher eine unfreundliche Haltung zu sehen. Das Frühstückspersonal ist das totale Gegenteil,sehr Freundlich, Aufmerksam, und zuvorkommend. Trotz dieser kleinen Kritik werden wir wiederkommen.
