"Exceeded my Expectations"
- Had a wonderful time. The food, location, and service were all great! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Playa Del Carmen.

"Amazing Time "
- WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT HOTEL CIELO!! Yossahin Martinez was a great front desk host. he helped us with all recommendations and accommodations. i would come back and recommend to anyone!

"Wonderful boutique hotel"
- Our experience at the Cielo was a most memorable one. Thr front desk staff, waiters in the restaurant and the housekeepers were all efficient, friendly and very professional. We loved the upstairs deck where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The room we stayed in was quite cozy. We will definitely return to the Cielo!
