- High marks for friendly staff and their willingness to answer questions and help.Room was always clean and location great.Low marks for comfort( poor lighting and never had hot water all week.) No coffee available at hotel.
Web page and previous info stated breakfast was included. No such thing was available.
Felt we paid too much for this week stay.
I would recommend if these things were addressed

"Excelente elección"
- El hotel es pequeño y está sobre la 5ta avenida, cerca de todo y curiosamente el ruido no llega a las habitaciones. La recepción es pequeña, acorde con el hotel, la piscina es genial de buen tamaño, sin ser grande, pero tiene sol y sobra en la mañana y sombra por la tarde, que en ese calor me parece perfecto. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, la cama confortable, excelentes productos en la habitación, como jabón, shampoo acondicionador, todo lo necesario y un poco más. El desayuno es rico, abundante y variado. El servicio muy bueno. El único punto que deben mejorar es el de las toallas, las que tienen están para desecharlas, es urgente que las sustituyan ya! Estaban limpias pero muy deterioradas. Por lo demás lo recomiendo.Kimberly

- We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Casa Ticul. The moment we entered the property the staff was welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. Our room was wonderful! We definitely recommend the rooftop penthouse. The location was perfect for us, we loved 5th Ave but not necessarily the late night noise. Casa Ticul is just far enough down on 5th ave that the noise was not an issue. A perfect way to be in the heart of the city! We look forward to our next visit.

- Excellent, beautiful, perfect and quiet location. Local wireless service could be intermittent, but otherwise an excellent hotel. Concierge very useful. Breakfast each day was an absolute pleasure.
