"Nice Clean Botique Hotel With Great Staff & Breakfastr"
We stayed in Casa Tikul only one night and have to sat that the room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and professional and the included breakfast on the rooftop was very good. I want to thank and acknowledge Carolina who solved an issue with our room being changed and she corrected the problem. I also highly recommend the restaurant associated with the Hotel Casa Ticul named Veneno Vi. Both the food and service was excellent.

"Amazing place!"
My husband and I stayed here and were thrilled about our choice. Diego was so welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorating and comfortable. We loved the rooftop for a yummy Mexican breakfast or ordering a margarita delivered from the bar next door. Diego reserved a tour to Chichen Itza for us, so it was super easy to plan. We were obsessed with Las Palapas beach. It was calm and pristine, and there weren't too many people. It is only a 5 minute walk, and they provide lounge chairs and beach towels for free, plus 10-15% off food and drinks. We passed by the other two partner beach options, but Las Palapas was our favorite by far since it was so quiet and peaceful. As far as location, maybe Hotel Casa Ticul is further away from where most of the action is on 5th ave, but we preferred it. It was a 10-20 minute walk to go wherever we wanted to go, but our area was nice and calm. And it was right near Ah Cacao, which we frequented (several times) every day. Another downside if you like pools, the hotel's pool is miniscule, but we didn't care about that since we had the beach. I really couldn't express enough what a great trip we had--it surpassed our expectations, and most of that was thanks to Hotel Casa Ticul and its excellent staff.
