"restoran çalışanları hakkında"
- Genel hatlarıyla memnun kaldığımız tatil süresince bizi rahatsız eden en önemli husus restorandaki garsonlar için görünmez olmamızdı.Servis olmayan masaya kendimiz servis açmak zorunda kaldık,içeçek isteyinceye kadar yemeğimiz bitti vs. Belki de ilk günden onların gözünü boyamak için verilecek bir bahşişle ya da sadece ingilizce konuşarak işimizi kolaylaştırabilirdik ama belki de çözüm çalışanları sadece gelecek bahşişlere endeksli çalıştırma düşüncesinin değişmesidir.Ayrıca internet hızının da çok kötü olduğunu söylemem gerek.En azından sizin tarafınızda farkındalık yaratması dileğiyle.

"Absolute gem of a hotel"
- We had such a fantastic time with you last year that we attempted to book again for this year, only to find out that your hotel was fully booked out months ago - well done!

The only comment that we have is that the specialist restaurants should be made more readily available for guests staying longer than 7 nights and also that the entertainment, although fantastic in the childrens' department, could do with being a little more polished for the adults in the evening.

All this said, we all had a fantastic stay at The Aqua and have recommended you to friends and family and hope to stay with you again in the not too distant future :-)

"Huguelet - Amieva 09.09.2012 au 22.09.2012 Hôtel Aqua Içemeler"
- Séjour agréable, emplacement très beau. En général, bon Hôtel.
A changer: Salle de bains à refaire, supprimer la petite baignoire et mettre une douche moderne.
Nourriture: Très peu variée et n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel (5*) Grasse et indigeste! 2* à mon avis. Les pâtes sont rares et inmangeables! Le vin rouge servi est très agréable!
Personnel: Les serveurs sont pour la plus part très sympathiques et serviables. Par contre, les chefs sont mal élevés et ne disent jamais bonjour! Ils ne s'occupent pas du tout du client. Donc à tous vos manager, donner une formation meilleure et leur apprendre à montrer l'exemple au lieu de seulement contrôler!

"Just come back from great holiday! "
- First time at this hotel went with my husband and another couple who has visited a few times, apart from the rainy days it was a perfect holiday, great hotel would visit again sometime.
