- Somos una familia de 6 personas. Tuvimos unas excelentes vacaciones en el ESJ Towers. La comunicación con la dueña, estuvo muy bien, pensando en que somos personas desconfiadas al hacer transacciones por internet. Ella se mostró muy accesible y amable. - Everything was great. The only thing is the oven was broken. It would have been nice to get a heads up before I went. But the room itself was wonderful and it was great working with the person we booked the room with. Very helpful and always available.

- Hi Duane, sorry about the problem with the oven but you did not let me know about it until after you checked out. The housekeeper checked it after you left and told me it was working so we could have walked you through on how to turn it on. Hope to hear from you again for your next trip to PR.
