At the Mano a Mano Cocktail Lounge you can get your favorite drinks. The Business Center has wireless internet access, computers, photocopy, fax service and is open 24 hours. For kids we have a Game Room, Ping Pong Tables, Video Game Room and Playground on the premises.

The total lodging costs payment is due 14 days Prior Arrival Date; they are NOT Paid at the Property. Please note that the 5% convenience fee applies to EACH credit card and Paypal payment, not only to the security deposit payment.
If your travel date is LESS than 14 days from today, you will be charged your total lodging costs, plus the 5% convenience fee either to the credit card you provided with your reservation or you will receive a Paypal payment link if you paid your security deposit using Paypal.
If your travel date is 14 days OR MORE days from today,and you want to avoid paying the 5% convenience fee on your lodging costs payment, we also accept cashier's checks or money order payments by mail. Please let us know which payment option you prefer.
If you forget to check the box of the Mandatory Final Cleaning Fee, the corresponding fee will be added to your total lodging costs. Please note that there is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
The Guest has 30 days prior arrival to cancel. Any deposit held will be refunded less a handling charge of $100. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, the security deposit will be forfeited in full. Refund of Security Deposit will be processed within 15 days after check-out date. In the case of any error or changes, we will attempt to notify the guest as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in the event of price calculation error.
Regal Caribbean Properties assumes no responsibility whatsoever on behalf of Guests during their stay in Puerto Rico except to provide a furnished apartment. Regal Caribbean Properties shall not be liable for any for any accidents, injuries, illness, damages or loss of personal property or valuables of the guest or others whom they invite to visit, that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Guest agrees to hold Regal Caribbean Properties harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury to Guest or others whom they invite to visit. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
The Guest acknowledges that the premises are in good order and repair unless indicated. Guests are required to inform us as soon as an issue arises. Any situation that might arise after normal business hours must wait to be resolved the next working day. Repairs will be paid by the Guests for items damaged due to his/her negligence and/or negligence of their guest(s).
All representations made by Regal Caribbean Properties with respect to these vacation condos are complete and accurate to the best of their knowledge and made in good faith. Equipment and facilities are provided at the discretion of Regal Caribbean Properties and while every attempt is made to ensure that such equipment is in working order for the duration of the rental period, should a breakdown or some other situation occur that renders the element unusable, we do not accept responsibility for refunding the Guest for the lack of use of these equipments or facilities. The equipment and facilities referred to include (but are not exclusive to) such items as televisions, VCRs, DVDs, entertainment equipment, blinds\curtains, light bulbs, swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Regal Caribbean Properties is not responsible for issues outside of their control such as the failure of the water supply, electricity, cable TV service, internet service, etc. No refunds will be offered for any issues that are outside of Regal Caribbean Properties control.
There will be no refund on rental payments for early departure. If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area". The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
Property Rules:
No pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed. If you bring a pet, or smoke in the condo, your deposit will not be refunded.
Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can use the hotel facilities. The front desk your will hold your luggage.
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. If you check-out after this time, a $50 fee will be charged. Please check with us 24 hours in advance if a later check-out time is possible.
The final cleaning fee does not include washing dishes, pots, and pans, emptying the refrigerator or throwing excessive trash away for which there is an additional $25 charge. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining all contents in good condition.
