This charming small room (25 square meters) is suitable for 1 or 2 people. The room has a window onto the street. The floor is made with bejmat tiles (handmade tiles which are a specialty of Fes), while the bathroom, with shower, features traditional tadelakt (polished plaster), zelliges (mosaic) and bejmat floors and walls. The Coraline Room is on the mezzanine floor and has a double bed. Coraline is simple, yet elegant. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning.

The Amethyste Suite is decorated in tones of plum, cherry and beige. There are feature walls of tadelakt (polished plaster) in the bedroom and of course the bathroom. The Emaroude Suite is on the ground floor and is 39 square meters. The double cedar doors leading from the central courtyard are decorated with Iraqui glass. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet and a pair of hand basins. It has traditional tadelakt (polished plaster) walls and zelliges (mosaic) floors. The room has a staircase leading to the mezzanine, which has a double bed, and in a separate alcove, a single bed. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning. The suite can accommodate 2, 3, or 4 people.

The Topaze Suite is located on the first floor and is reached by a passageway from the central courtyard. It features the original carved wooden doors. The furniture and bedhead of the double bed are all beautifully carved. The bathroom features stunning chocolate brown tadelakt (polished plaster) walls, two stone hand basins and a large shower recess. This Suite is suitable for 2 people. The Aventurine Suite opens directly out onto the upstairs terrace. The terrace has a magnificent view of the city. The doors are beautifully decorated with tataoui, while the ceiling is decorated with mosaics of tataoui. Tataoui is an ancient technique used by Berbers in the south of Morocco which involves weaving reeds into geometric patterns. The walls of this Suite are tadelakt (polished plaster) and the Suite has a queen size bed. The bathroom features a separate toilet, two hand-basins and shower. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning.

The Hyacinthe Royal Suite is large (50 square meters) and elegant with a beautiful decorative wrought iron window onto the central courtyard and tadelakt (polished plaster) floor. It is on the 1st floor. The room has a king size bed or should you wish, twin beds and a large leather sofa. The bathroom is enormous and features two brass hand basins and an extra-large bath tub that accommodates 2 people, so after a busy day wandering the medina of Fes, you can look forward to a relaxing. There is a separate toilet and bidet. The Suite has a small balcony onto the courtyard where you can sit and watch the activity of the riad. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning and accommodates 2 people.

The Saphir Suite is located on the first floor and has a large double window that opens out to the central courtyard and another onto the medina. The Suite has two rooms – one very large with sitting area and queen size canopy bed and a smaller room with double bed. The two rooms are separated by a beautiful old carved double door. The floor of the two rooms is made from blue and white zellige (mosaic). The two rooms share a bathroom with huge white marble basin, large shower and separate toilet. The bathroom floor features large marble tiles and bejmat (hand made tiles). The room has reverse cycle air conditioning.
