"sub par "
- All the front desk staff are no very freindly and i dont see them offering solutions or going above for you . I saw this with other guest also not just my perspective. Also horrible service with getting my shuttle to the airport , we were in the lobby 10 mins before time to leave and they woudl not check us out and or load luggage until i brought the key. These actions casued us to be 5 mins passed the time for shuttle to leave and it did leave without us for just 5 mins , but remeber wife and child and luggage could have been being loaded during that time . SO they charged us double and had us take another private car. Worst , dont stay here . I will give good review for bar staff and the food being great for a dinner visit .

"Great stay at Coron Westown"
- We had a great stay at Coron Westown. We had the Premier King Room with views of the mountain and the pool. Our room was spacious and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony and listening to the live band at night. We also enjoyed meals from the restaurant and drinks from the bar. We love how there was a live bank every night that we were there and some of the singers were exceptional. We can definitely highly recommend Coron Westown. Thank you so much for looking after us so well.

"Affordable and luxurious"
- Great amenities for the price. Friendly staff, excellent pool. Road is a bit noisy and the room was a little dark but spacious. Courtyards were meticulously maintained and was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds. Would recommend!

"Excellent Stay"
- Stayed here during the first week of Feb 2024. Booked room, tours and airport transfers directly with the hotel.
Clean spacious room 415 with 2 beds.
3 pools to swim in, great entertainment in the evening at the Shark Bar starting at 7:30pm
Excellent customer service from TRIXIA at front desk and doorman/concierge DEO.
Easy 10 minute, 40 pesos tricycle ride to town…just ask the doorman.
Away from the busy town proper.
Breakfast buffet was great…especially the all-in -one omelette, pancake and waffle station.
Scooter rentals just downstairs, but they will bring to you…just ask the doorman.

"Incredible stay"
- Our stay was great. We booked for two deluxe rooms, and upon checking in, we were upgraded to premium rooms! That was great. The hotel was also very kind to arrange our airport transfer. You can also find everything in the hotel. And the hotel can do anything you want for you. If you want a tricycle, they can call one for you. If you book a tour for the next day even late at night, they can still arrange it for you. They did to us! Even the massage was great. The inly thing is it is a bit far from the town, but it was great nonetheless
