- The reception staff were very polite, helpful and nice.The room was well equipped. The marble floor, the wooden floorboards, the high ceilings made us feel comfortable.
The location is unique: very central yet quiet.

- The lift power broke down and I was stuck in the lift for 15 minutes, when asking the manager Eros when this was going to be resolved he snapped and said he had to come in on his day off, will never stay againKimberly

- I loved the hotel but would not have booked if I would have known the rooftop restaurant was closed. That was my only reason I booked this hotel and would have liked to have known this in advance and would not have paid the cost. Due to closed rooftop restaurant I think the cost per night was much higher than I would willingly pay and feel like I need a partial refund for the inconvenience Erdi
