"August Family Trip"
Facilities are good but the accomodation/reservation rules is such a hassle. Someone gifted us an accomodation through oblinenpayment only to find out they dont honor the booking if the CC owner is not physically present. Letter of authorization and over attestation from the booker was not even honored. just imagine that we have to shell out money spot on? this is the only hotel ive heard that has this kind of accomodation rules. been to several hotels trough same process but was accomodated with no hssle through third party.

"Great experience"
Perfect stay. I came from another motel on the outskirts of bacolod where i had a horrible experience. Coming to the circle inn was just a completely different experience. Friendly staff very clean rooms quiet and a great price thanks circle inn you made my stay a great experience

"A NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH ESPECIALLY FOR FAMILIES OR LARGE GROUP. "
Hotel staffs were very helpful and kind. No problem with the rooms that I booked. The place is near to malls, church, stores, etc. Definitely I will stay on this hotel again. - Sheryl Lou, London England

"Used to love Circle Inn"
I used to love Circle inn but this was the first time I didn't enjoy my stay in their hotel. Some of their staff were extremely helpful and kind but others were quite irritating. The first day when they cleaned our room they only put things back to their place. They didn't clean the table, change the glasses, wipe the bathroom floor. We had to call them to come up and clean it again. On our third day, again they didn't clean even when we asked the front desk to do so before leaving at 11am when we came back at 330pm our room still hadn't been cleaned. No one helped bring our bags up to the room or tell us where our room was when we checked in. There was only one guy in the house keeping staff that was very kind and helpful throughout the sta, unfortunately I can't remember his name. Please address your service. I used to love circle inn and I would always recommend my friends and family to stay there but after this experience maybe not anymore. I got the Big Family room and it was so run down and old looking, your smaller rooms are much nicer.

I suggest offering towels for people when they go swimming and not expect us to use our room shower towels for the pool too.

It would also be nice if you didn't have to charge a few just to get an extra pillow. Though it's a very small fee which I don't mind paying. It's not the most comforting thing hearing you have to pay extra just to get an extra pillow. Also why do you guys still have construction? I've been coming here on and off for the past 5 years and at least the last 4 years you constantly have construction so we always wake up to banging of hammers.

I hope you can fix and address just some of the issues we had. I love bacolod and I love staying at Circle Inn as it has the best location.

- Thank you for your comments and rest assured that we will call the relevant staff's attention on the matter. Your other suggestions are definitely issues that we wrestle everyday and try to balance the pros and cons about our charging policies because some items are abused when free.

As for the construction, we renovate on a schedule to make sure our facilities and amenities are up to date (like the Family rooms are due soon as well). As far as I can remember, we have the following works:
2004 - started operations
2005 - added ballrooms
2006 - added Executive Wing and small jacuzzi
2009 - renovated one wing of standard rooms to deluxe rooms
2011 - renovated last wing standard rooms to deluxe rooms and deluxe pool rooms; added 25-meter swimming pool
2016 renovated grand ballroom and minor cladding in lounge area; new tiling will follow

We try to schedule renovations to minimize guests' inconvenience and make it as short and intensive to minimize length of time required.

Staff 3- this is because front liners should be very welcoming and easy to approach, but front desk officers are really rude and not friendly. They talk unprofessionally, especially the girl who i think is only half filipino. Tall, fair skin with a lot of pimple marks on her face. Plus most do not smile and show and makes you feel unwanted at the hotel. They make you feel that you are such a hassle. We have a resort, plus we do really travel around and explore new places.. so i definitely know how front liners should act and be like. They should be trained more.

Service 8- this is because service staff are really helpful, especially the waiters. You ask them for directions around the place and they really try to tell you what they know about the rides and fares.
But the housekeeping.. Kinda lessened the score because she was knocking at around 3pm and i asked if she can come back at around 4pm to make up the room but she declined and said her shift is only til 330 or something.

Cleanliness 10- well when housekeeper cleaned, she did not disappoint. No traces of cockroaches and other insects that makes us uncomfortable.

Comfort 9- front office people just lessened the comfort plus the really thin walls made the people next door audible. Lights were too dim at night in the room but it was quite okay.
Waiters made it comfty to stay too. And you'll feel safe in the hotel with all the guards and gates.


Price 8

Location 9-good location, has lots of transportation to main roads.
