- we travelled a lot and have never experienced such an ugly treatment in all our lives. we have been requested to paid the hotel bill twice: once cash (as agreed in order to benefit of a free pick-up upon arrival at the airport) and than by an undue and an unaxplainable charge of my credit card. Our request of being reimbursed has not been attended so far. We feel as we have been cheated and of course not recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Excellence!"
- Dear hotel staff, I have returned from Istanbul a week ago but cannot stop thinking about it and about your hotel. Everything was better than I saw on the internet. We have stayed in your deluxe apartment and felt like a royal. Everything was clean and nice, very comfortable, food was great and the best of all was staff. I recommend to everyone to visit and stay in your hotel.

"A great hotel, perfect locations, friendly staff who can't do enough"
- Thoroughly enjoyed staying at your hotel. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The location is perfect and the hotel has maintained plenty of charm and character. I have recommended you with 4/5 on Trip Advisor.
Also we we especially impressed with the airport pick-up who waited nearly two hours for us after enormous queues for visas and passport control.
As some critical feedback: It would be useful if breakfast was available slightly early to allow for departure/tours etc. also the breakfast staff coul do with cheering up!
We wouldn't recommend the walking tours (can't remember the name but it is the only tour boars huge you hold.). We felt it was very overpriced and the guide offered little benefit. The time-consuming meeting arrangements were also annoying.
