Blue Star is reached by road from Tagbilaran. Tagbilaran can be reached by air from Manila or by ferry from Cebu. Cebu has international flights from many countries.

Arrangements can be made for pick up from Cebu airport; Tagbilaran airport or Tagbilaran ferry terminal. Also from Panglao or other locations on Bohol.

There is a public bus service from the Island Mall and also a van service from same location. These get you to Guindelmann and it is then about 10 mins by van or tricycle to the resort
