"Enjoyed stay but items in room not working"
- Great Breakfast, staff pleasant. TV, fridge and air-con did not work -which I reported to reception. Next day fridge working but air-con and TV not. Probably only needed batteries in the remote controls. Only stayed two night so TV not a problem - needed the air-con.
The hotel is out of town but provides a courtesy bus. However, first bus is late morning and last bus is early evening. Needs additional bus times around 09.00hrs and 22.30hrs

"Congratulations"
- Thank you very much for the great weekend we stayed at the hotel. The food was wonderful, the accommodation great. The staff were very helpful, the accommodation wasvery good. We had a couple of things wrong in our accommodation, (lights not working which were soon fixed. Unfortunately the weather was far too hot, not your fault of course but because of that, we never left the Hotel but had a great restful time , the Restaurant was brilliant, great food, great service, friendly staff!
The air conditioning was a blessing. Because of the heat it would have been nice to have had a fan downstairs, to enable us to have the door open, air conditioning off and sit reasonably cool, but we can understand that would cost to put in every room, tho might save you on air conditioning. We hope to be coming at Christmas time, to spend it at the Hotel.
