"Great Hotel"
Had a great few days, found all the staff to be helpful and approachable, the room was very clean, the room was cleaned daily with clean towels. The food was very good, from the breakfast in the pool side restaurant, to the open air restaurant which opened the week we were there. Check in was no problem. Just one minor detail WiFi in the room was not to good, and tv had poor reception, this did not bother us to much, but other guests may have problems, will definitely be returning, hopefully later this year. A big well done to everyone at the hotel.

We are using one of the private companies hot spot sytem for giving internet services to our clients. We already informed them to come and check the signals. Also our technicians visit room you have stayed and make some tuning, TV is better now.

"Beautiful Bellapais"
The hotel is well located for sun-seekers and pool dwellers. The bar in the hotel was not fully staffed during the day and so we had to go looking for staff or ring over to the restaurant to get staff to come across. This same bar was not fully stocked and so once again the restaurant had to be regularly contacted to send wines, water and ice across. This was a great disappointment as the hotel bar was the hub of a lot of social activity.
The hotel is looked after but there is much that needs upgrading and replacing. Much of the hotel is the same as we found it 12 years ago! A significant refurbishment and a more efficient hotel bar would place this hotel back at the top of the list of hotels that you really should go and try.
The absence of WiFi in rooms was also very disappointing and the need to purchase WiFi is also not what today's travelling tourist expects.
I would recommend this hotel but ask that visitors are aware that refurbishment and upgrading is needed across the hotel site.

"Great Getaway!"
Wonderful place to spend a time away! The only problem we had was with the poor wifi connection. The receptionist, Joyce, was exceptional and very helpful. We look forward to coming again for another time to rest. Thank you! Tom & Teresa

We had a lovely stay at your hotel. It is in a beautiful setting. All the staff are very helpful and polite. They should all be commended for working together to give an excellent service to all the guests. Thankyou

"Congratulations"
Thank you very much for the great weekend we stayed at the hotel. The food was wonderful, the accommodation great. The staff were very helpful, the accommodation wasvery good. We had a couple of things wrong in our accommodation, (lights not working which were soon fixed. Unfortunately the weather was far too hot, not your fault of course but because of that, we never left the Hotel but had a great restful time , the Restaurant was brilliant, great food, great service, friendly staff!
The air conditioning was a blessing. Because of the heat it would have been nice to have had a fan downstairs, to enable us to have the door open, air conditioning off and sit reasonably cool, but we can understand that would cost to put in every room, tho might save you on air conditioning. We hope to be coming at Christmas time, to spend it at the Hotel.

Thank you very much for the great weekend we stayed at the hotel. The food was wonderful, the accommodation great. The staff were very helpful, the accommodation wasvery good.
