We accept UK bank transfers only. We do not accept International Bank Transfers. Only one hour is permitted for all bank transfers as we cannot hold a booking indefinitely. Once you have done the bank transfer please notify us by email within one hour and we will check our internet banking. If the funds are clear we will confirm your booking. if you have not paid within one hour, your booking will be cancelled. We do not hold bookings without payment. Please transfer the funds now. We will require your bank name, sort code and account no to refund the £100 key deposit to your bank account after you have moved out and left the keys at reception. £100 Refundable Key Deposit per room is taken with the payment of the room. The deposit is a key deposit and upon check out and return of keys, it will be refunded back to your bank account- subject to room inspection and Guest Self check out. Room only. Breakfast is not provided but all rooms have a small kitchenette comprising of fridge/freezer, microwave, grill/oven, toaster, tea/coffee facilities. Checkin 5pm to 8pm. Checkout 10am. Cardholder & Guests must email clear not blurred Photo ID: Passport or Photo Driving Licence to guesthouse BEFORE 10PM TONIGHT. Once payment is made, staff will email you a simple Guest Arrival Questions form to fill in and email back to us BEFORE 10PM TONIGHT also. If Photo ID and the Guest Arrival Questions form is not received BEFORE 10PM TONIGHT by email, guests will not be permitted entry and your payment will not be refunded. This booking is not refundable. Email your photo id in your local Library free of charge, or from your mobile phone like samsung galaxy, iphone. You can also email your photo id at an internet cafe from 50p per hour or from where you work. This prevents guests from using stolen credit cards. We verify that you are the cardholder in this way and this avoids fraud credit card transactions and chargebacks. This verification procedure stops guests who have stolen someones credit card from trying to check in at this guesthouse. We have experienced incidences where guests are not the genuine cardholder and try to check in. Thieves have no guilty conscience. Please note, original photo id of cardholder and guests will be checked by staff at reception when you check in along with presentation of the credit card used to do the booking.
