- The Bankerhan Hotel was the perfect spot for a vacation, even during a global pandemic. The staff was amazing - helpful above and beyond! I can't wait to go back after life returns to normal.Pasquet charton de michighost

- This hotel is perfectly situated, calm and clean. The breakfast is copious. I would like to give a spécial star for the director. She is a professional. She knew how to give me the ideas to make a pleasant stay. The bedroom with the terrace is really beautiful and with an amazing view. I will come back soon !

- Bankerhan hotel has a perfect location in the middle of the old Istanbul. A few minute tram ride leads directly to the Hagia Sophia or to the Topkapi palace. Breakfast was very good with daily changing choises of pastries. A minor and the only complaint would be the lack of hanging hooks for towels and clothes in the room 601. Yet, that is easily forgot as the view from that room is simply breathtaking - seeing the sunrise above the center of the historical world is unforgetable.

- Reception guys not very friendly and helpfull after check-in.
The room was noisy - especially due to to the front glass door. You can hear everything in the hall. The lack of fresh fruit and juice, at breakfast was a bit annoying.
The location was great and very convenient, the room was always very clean and we really appreciate the 5th floor view...
