"Feedback"
Hello. I made ky reservation online way in advance. There was a couple of things that went bad with my stay but they were fixed. The shuttle didnt show up to the airport. Took a taxi and reception payed for it. Once in there, there was no towels in the room, the aircon and tv didn't work (although they changed remotes 2 times for me) and even when I asked to take something like fruit to eat since I was checking in early, that didnt happen. They are easy things to fix, so I hope when I get back I have a better experience. Staff is friendly and helpful as they can be. Thanks again

"Breathtaking"
It was perfect. My wife and I were really enjoying feeding bed bugs.
We were sorry to leave bed and room after 2 hours but we were slowly running out of
blood. The rest of the night sleeping in the car didn't feel the same. In 1,5 years of living
in Fiji this was an unique experience. We cannot but admire environmental consciousness
of the hotel and staff, so much taking care of well-being of such a small creatures. No
wonder that was the whole army fo them.
We are prepared to strongly support application of the hotel to the relevant institutions in
Fiji that Wailoaloa Beach Resort would finally get the reward it deserves for it's dedication
to animal protection.
