- Hello. I made ky reservation online way in advance. There was a couple of things that went bad with my stay but they were fixed. The shuttle didnt show up to the airport. Took a taxi and reception payed for it. Once in there, there was no towels in the room, the aircon and tv didn't work (although they changed remotes 2 times for me) and even when I asked to take something like fruit to eat since I was checking in early, that didnt happen. They are easy things to fix, so I hope when I get back I have a better experience. Staff is friendly and helpful as they can be. Thanks again
