The room is on two levels and can accommodate a maximum of THREE adults: there is a single bed on the upper level and two single beds or a double bed on the lower level.
The bathroom (shower, hand-basin, bidet and lavatory) is on the upper level: a shower-cap and hair-dryer are provided.
There are two large windows (with shutters for the summer), hydronic heating ers and an air-conditioning unit for summer.
Two armchairs, a large book case with books in Italian and English and a table with three chairs (where breakfast is served) are on the lower level as is the little kitchenette which contains a small fridge, a sink and an electric kettle. Plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, a tea-pot and a coffee brewer are provided.
A generous freshly-prepared Continental breakfast is served in your room at the time of your choice.
