- My wife and I stayed at the Ayasoluk Hotel for 4 nights arriving on Wednesday the 3/7/19.From the moment we walked through the front door we fell in love with this small boutique hotel. We were immediately greeted by warm, smiling and efficient staff who very quickly made us feel at home. Our air conditioned en-suite bedroom with a king size bed was spacious and comfortable with an evocative view of St Johns Baptistry from our small balcony. The hotel offers a lovely pool area leading onto the restaurant terrace which looks onto the last remaining column of the Temple of Artemis. The food in the restaurant is in our opinion the best in the area and coupled with excellent service only heightens the experience. The Hotel is extremely well located to visit all the local attractions such as the ancient city of Ephesus, the museum in Selçuk,Mary’s House and many more ,however if you are bit more adventurous the Pamukkale Thermal pools and Hierapolis is approximately a 2.5 hour drive away-you can also visit the Greek Island of Samos via a ferry which departs from the nearby town of Kusadasi.
