Napoleone Suite is situated in the Roman historical center, exactly in the district Esquilino, between Saint Maria Maggiore, only 20 meters away from the apartment and the Colosseum only 10 minutes walking distance. The B&B is composed from 3 bedrooms with matrimonial bed, all the rooms has the private bathroom in room, TV set, minibar and other services, a very pleasant entrance and a kitchen where is possible to prepare the breakfast for our guests. The B&B is positioned to the fifth floor with elevator, bright and spacious with possibility of sight on the roofs of Rome, in a historical building of ‘800

The apartment is completly refurbished and it's on 2° floor in a building with elevator. Guests have three rooms. There are two wide double rooms (Green room and Blue Room) of 15 mq that can became triple adding an extra-bed. One more double room of 21 mq could be used per 4 people, with two chair-beds. That room (Yellow room) have color TV of 21": it's ideal for a family with two children, but also for a group of friends. There are two comfortable bathrooms, (bath 1; bath 2) with shower. They are on corridor adjoining one each other, opposite the two double rooms. You'll find there an available fon (air dry-esicador). Guests are supplied with set of 3 towels. (shower, face and bidet). Breakfast is optional and is served on request time in the kitchen. At your arrival you'll fill a form where you specify what you want and the time for the breakfast. Normally the breakfast is served in the morning between 7,30 and 9,30. In the kitchen you can heat food, you must ask for the responsible person; there is a fridge freezer, coffee machine, micro wawe, cutlery and all you need to eat. You should always leave clean. About 350 metrer from the B&B in Via Tiburtina-Via Cluniacensi, there is the restaurant pizzeria "RISTOR-ART", that have typical roman meals and pizzas cooked with wood-burning oven. Other tipically restaurant is "Casetta di Marzapane" in the same street. To the Maurizio's customers is applied a discount of 10% on the bill. If you want eat a fast-food or a burger there is Mc Donald'S or Burger King's at 100 mt in via Tiburtina. At 30 meters from the B&B on Via Molajoni there is a garage where you can park your car. The cost is about 10 € per day. Open time is between 6 a.m. alle 1 a.m. On holidays it's closed between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Il dipinto a tutta parete riproduce il Tevere con sullo sfondo Castel Sant'Angelo e la Basilica di San Pietro. Il resto delle parti comuni è arredato come un giardino con mobili in ferro battuto forgiati da artigiani romani e le pareti e i soffitti sono affrescati con dipinti che ricordano la campagna romana e scene mitologiche.Le quattro stanze: Diana, Le Colombe, Tritone, Ambrosia; prendono il nome dai bellissimi affreschi che caratterizzano le testate dei letti realizzati da due noti pittori genovesi.
