The building has 60 apartments divided on 6 floors, 2 lifts, reception, swimming pool, separate children pool, sun terrace with free sun beds, hairdresser, rent-a-car, pool-bar and restaurant. Within the same building you find our office CanaryRent where we welcome you upon arrival and will also be available to deal with your queries and to arrange island tours, taxi transfer, discount tickets etc, during your holiday. The apartment: The living area will seat you comfortably with a sofa couch for 3th person and provides a television, the kitchen is provided with a fridge, two ring electric hob, ample storage and crockery and cutlery for three. The bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobes’, free safe deposit box, bathroom with bath and toilet, furnished balcony overlooking pool. Some apartments have a washing machine. El complejo de apartamentos se encuentra en un lugar apartado y privilegiado, muy cerca del mirador que hay sobre la Playa de Amadores. Con un total 52 apartamentos, el complejo fue construido en este año 2009. Se trata de un complejo moderno y muy actual. Está distribuido en varios bloques y dispone de 3 elevadores panorámicos. En la planta alta está ubicada una estupenda piscina con un gran solarium con hamacas y sombrillas. Las zonas comunes están decoradas con piedra natural y barandillas de acero inoxidable y cristales de dos colores,estando totalmente integrado en la arquitectura de la zona. El exterior del complejo está decorado con paneles decorativos dando un toque moderno.
