The property consists of 10 architecturally striking houses located, lakeside, in a complex that includes a swimming pool, restaurant, lounging area, plaground and beach. This complex is nestled in a family-owned coffee plantation at the edge of world-class Lake Atitlan. It is immediately adjacent to a nature reserve dedicated to preserving the flora and fauna of the unique semi-tropical environment, and it is a 10-minute ride from the town of Panajachel, which boasts a full range of tourist support services.
